Initially brought to our attention in the review of historic ground magnetic responses that aligned with the gossanous outcropping discovered during field work, this along with previously drilled air-core results highlighted the copper-zinc mineralisation of the zone.
Our early work along with the historical data has given rise to the prospectivity of deeper VMS (volcanogenic massive sulphide) copper mineralisation within a magnetite-rich zone as seen at Golden Grove.
In addition, Nimy has early gold indications with Rock Chip samples returning up to 0.82g/t.
